Piedmont Digital Solutions, hereinafter referred to as “PDS”, is the Xerox Authorized Sales Agent for Alamance, Forsyth, Guilford, Randolph, Rockingham, Stokes, Surry and Yadkin counties. We market Xerox newly manufactured equipment as well as Xerox OEM supplies. Our goal is to provide our customers with innovative, environmentally-friendly, price competitive products, software and services.
Customer service is our #1 priority – we constantly receive accolades from our 1000+ customer base regarding the high level of customer support we provide. Our customer service also flows into our community as we are financially involved with, and active in, many charitable organizations.
Who We Are
PDS came into existence as a Xerox sales agency in June of 2004. Dave and Cathy Leary are the owners and founders of PDS who together have over 50 years’ experience serving Xerox customers in North Carolina. Dave is a 31-year veteran of Xerox Corporation. Cathy, likewise, is a 25-year veteran of Xerox Corporation. PDS’ account managers have tenure in the industry and are fully trained on all Xerox products and software solutions.
